On October 23rd, Thursday I had an opportunity to jet off to NYC for couple hours to experience an amazing summit – the Nike Women’s Global Summit. The Nike Women’s Global Summit was held at Spring Studios located in Tribeca area, 150,000 square feet of spacious creative space that was turned into a Nike wonderland!

The events kick-off beginning of the week (Oct 20th – 24th) with Nike Training Club (NTC). NTC events where scattered throughout the city at different gym/studios which you had to signed up before hand.  Attendees from magazine editors, top bloggers/ media, and influencers from around the globe were flown in for this long week summit! The summit showcased the Swoosh’s competitive impact in the women’s athletic market and encouraged women worldwide to keep it moving! The two-day media days of the women’s summit gave behind-the-scenes first-look at their new Women’s Spring/Summer 2015 product line’ which also debut a new collaborative collections by Brazilian designer Pedro Lourenço, which drops this month, November, and German upcoming star Joanna Schneider – where sport meets fashion!

On Wednesday first day of media, President and CEO of Nike, Mark Parker, kicked off the day with a presentation that unveiled the Spring/Summer 2015 collections and the brand’s plans for Women’s training.  Unfortunately I was just able to come up on Thursday but I was able to go home with a gift – a new Nike bag from their Holiday 2014 🙂 Stay tune in my up-in-coming shoots! Thank You Nike!
