Ah yes, it’s that time of year again – New Year, New You… January, the month to start your new year’s resolutions/goals – and kicking out your old bad habits. However, we all have made resolutions that we stick too but one realistic and achievable goal you can start doing for yourself is upping your Water Game! DRINK YOUR AGUA! Yup water…if you want younger looking skin to helping losing weight water can do it! JUST DRINK IT! As an added plus, it has no calories, fat, carbohydrates or sugar BOOM! Below I listed several water infused cocktails (no alcohol ha!) so gives you some variety of just the plain wonderful water plus more added benefits SHINE ON!
You will need a gallon of spring water and few strawberries, cucumbers, lemons, limes, apple cider vinegar, orange and a sprig of fresh mint.
Here are 3 ways to infuse your water and why:
1.) Cucumbers, lemon & Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV): Citrus fruits help digestion – Cucumbers are natural diuretics that help with water weight. This water can help heartburn, water weight, indigestion, gas, bloating, and loss of appetite, vomiting & constipation. The ACV helps the body maintain a healthy alkaline pH level.
2.) Strawberries and cucumbers: Strawberries are RICH in vitamins and
